Scuba diving is the BEST - and very well supervised as some dives can be very deep - but you can snorkel or kayak and see everything. Magnificent mountains with great hiking trails, some very difficult. The hike to the boiling lake is incredible... 65% of the island is forest preserve. 365 rivers make swimming interesting - they are hot and cold.. Hotels are small. People very friendly. The market is GREAT - make sure you shop there... This is natures paradise. Let's keep it that way! Dominica is a gorgeous island! |
